Well thats Ben Nevis ticked off. The good news is we made it in one piece. The bad news is we were turned back before the top because of snow and wind! The amusement was provided by Nick. Both his turquoise boots disintegrated - one about a third of the way up, the other two thirds of the way down! Just as well i brought a spare pair and in his size. Dinner in Fort William now then down to to Southwaite services to wait for our 5 am start to scafell. Here are some pics for you to enjoy!
